Question: How often do you receive new merchandise?

Answer: We receive new merchandise on a monthly basis. We are constantly researching styles and trends and always strive to present new items to our customers.

Question: What if I purchase something that doesn't fit?

Answer: We do have a size chart in the product description to try to help but if your item doesn't fit you, you can absolutely return it. We offer our customers seven business days from the date they received the item to contact us for an exchange or refund. The item will need to have the original tags.

Question: Do you have a physical store location?

Question: I'm buying a Christmas gift for someone. What's the return policy if they don't like it.

Answer: Our regular return policy gives our customers seven days from the date it was received to contact us to exchange or return the item with the original tags. However, we do realize that gift giving can be difficult. If the item you've purchased doesn't fit your gift recipient, we have extended our return policy for the holidays. Starting November 1st, customers have until January 3rd to contact us to exchange or return an item that has the original tags.
