What have you been focusing on lately? Are your thoughts on positive negative things? Do you find that your thoughts dwell on past things or your future? Your thoughts reveal what you're focusing on. Take a minute to think about what you've been thinking about today. Think about how those thoughts make you feel. Do they make you feel happy or sad? Queen, your thoughts shape your present and future life. If your reflection on your thoughts leaves you feeling anything other than hopeful, it's time to change the way you think. In other words, it's time to think about what you're thinking about.
Be intentional with your thoughts. Try to be intentional with your thoughts for a small amount of time and then increase the time daily. This has to become a habit if you want to experience what God has for you. God desires you to live a hopeful and positive life. Yes, trials and tribulations will come but God doesn't want you to live a life where you become so consumed with negative thoughts that you become pessimistic about life. Your thoughts eventually lead to your actions. God doesn't want your negative thoughts to produce negative behavior. He wants so much more for you. Take the time to examine your thoughts. If they're negative all of the time, pray that God will help you focus on the right things and see how He gives you the grace to think about positive things.
