How to Have Peace When Making Decisions

Posted by D M on

Queen,

Have you ever struggled to have peace making a decision? How do you know if you’ve made the right decision? What will happen if you make the wrong decision? Questions like these can put a lot of pressure on you and make the decision process so difficult. The thing is queen, God promised you that He will make ALL things work together for your good. He’ll make all things work for your good if you make the right decision. He’ll make all things work for your good if you make the wrong decision. Isn’t that great news? You can become a better decision-maker by:

1. Praying Before You Decide-you May think God is too busy to help you make decisions but He’s not. He wants to be involved in every detail of your life, no matter how big or small.

2. Think About the Long-Term and Short-Term Consequences- thinking about the long-term and short-term consequences of you decision will help you put things into perspective. This can help you think about how you’ll respond to the consequences

3. Seek Guidance- Have you done your research? Can you ask a trusted friend or family member? Don’t be prideful if you need help making a decision. There’s nothing to be embarrassed about when you need help.

You can have peace about the decisions you make remembering that God will cause ALL things to work together for your good. Avoiding a decision that needs to be made won’t do you any good. Make the decision queen. God won’t move unless you do.

Every week there’s a Weekly Devotion on the Facebook group: Queen Styles Boutique Bible Study. On Thursday’s at 8:00pm I go live to discuss the topic with you.

Join me. See you then.
